Lack of interest Maximum attachments per message as a permission and not global setting

It's suggested that maximum attachments per message (attachmentMaxPerMessage) be set on a user group level instead of globally set in the ACP.

There are many reasons for this, and while others may have another use case, two may be:
  • Upgraded members/everyone can share more than 10 photos per post so that they don't have to create 9 additional posts (assuming the maximum is set to 1), and
  • it can be another form for discouraged members so that they can only post one attachment in order to still interact on some basis (as it is annoying and may make them want to leave on their own accord) as opposed to making it 0 through forum node permissions.

Pretty neat. Just missing maximum attachments per post. :)
