I am new to XenForo. Our forum is up and working with several add-ons, and now I need to get MathJax working.
I have tried to follow the instructions here:

including adding the MathJax javascript callout to the PAGE_CONTAINER template, but I am not sure I am editing the right file.
In any case, MathJax is not working.
Can anyone provide a "cookbook" for MathJax support? Any help at all woudl be appreciated.
