XF 1.4 Mass set privacy options for all members

Hi,

I want to mass set the value of the following privacy options for all members:

View your details on your profile page: checked, all visitors
Post messages on your profile page: checked, members only
Receive your news feed: checked, all visitors
Start conversations with you: checked, members only
View your identities: checked, all visitors

Is this safe to do with SQL queries? If so, could you please provide me the SQL queries to perform the changes?
