XF 2.2 mass password reset?

So my VB5to XF migration went well but most of the members are having issues with passwords and cannot get them reset.

Is there a way of resetting the password of all users and mailing them the new password? Even better, a way of selecting users that have not logged in recently and set a new password for them ?
