XF 2.2 Password Reset

Hi,

I am able to go to the password reset page via forums/index.php?account/security

It appears to work fine "A password reset request has been emailed to you. Please follow the instructions in that email."
However, I am not receiving the email. (not in spam folder)

Hi,

Is this not the correct place to post for support? I am unable to upgrade/update my forums until I can reset my password and log into my admin account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you are using the default PHP mail function, you will need to contact your host and ask them to check the server mail log, whether the server IP is blacklisted, etc.
