XF 1.3 Mass delete users

I need to delete all my users (except my account, the admin) so I can start with a fresh board. Could someone please tell me the easiest way to accomplish this?

Never mind, I figured it out. It's under the "batch update users" options.

Wouldn't it make more sense to just do a fresh installation?

Or do you have content you want to keep?

Thanks for your response, Brogan. I did a test import a couple weeks back to set everything up. Now that everything is in place, I want to delete the outdated info and import the current/fresh data.
