How can mass delete or block existing users on the criterion of "e-mail"?

Perhaps there is a ready-made Add-on?

There's the batch update users option in the control panel, though that only allows deletion. I'm not sure if the email search would fit your needs though. Otherwise it would need to be done manually.

The existing tool can remove only one e-mail.

I would like to delete the e-mail list, separated by commas

Batch Update allows you to find multiple users based on email criterion.

For example, in email I put "gmail.com". This showed me all users with Gmail addresses. From there you can then delete the users (though you can't ban as Mike said).
