As designed Marking forums as read don't mark alerts as resolved

When you mark a forum (or all the forums) as read, notifications for replies to threads in those forums are still highlighted, and you have to manually click each one to dismiss it, or mark all the alerts read separately

TBH, I don't think we're particularly likely to change anything here. While perhaps more slightly more noticable now, this has generally applied to essentially all previous versions as well. I also think there are at least some scenarios where marking the alert as read with forum read marking could be undesirable.

Not 100% sure on the prefix, but I'm just going to go with "as designed".
