many Questions about Xenforo ?

i was using Discuz as a free script and paid VB v4 and now needs to shift to Xenforo

i am testing the demo but some feature i must had are missing


1) is there an addon or option to limit reply to a thread ??
for example i need only 3 replies then the thread automatically closed

2) how to limit reply per member in specific section ?
for example member (x) cant reply more than 4 times per week in forum

3) is there any official addon that are similar to ******* content restriction addon
and can bypass these drawbacks
