Hello,
sorry if this is against the rules or an unnecessary thread. I'm still new and although I'm getting familiar with Xenforo, I still don't know everything.
I'm getting close to launching my forum (switching from phpBB).
My questions:
1. How to proceed if I would like to prepare a forum on a subdomain and then launch it? E.g. I will create a subdomain "xenforo.domain.com", prepare the forum for launch (all settings and import data from phpBB) and then I want to launch it on "forum.domain.com"? Please little bit for a noob
2. Where to put code for metrics, like Google Analytics, but not Google.
To the future:
3. Is it possible to translate the Xenforo copyright / branding in the footer into other languages?
4. Is there a template tag like {boardTitle} for a short forum title?
Thanks in advance for the answers.
I would like to use this thread for my future questions, so please don't lock it, or please write me how to proceed in the future.
Big thanks to the creators of Xenforo, the money was worth it!
