Not a bug Manual Approval Can't Be Disabled Once Enabled

I enabled manual user approval to test something, and when I disabled it, it still asks for an administrator's approval. The box does not appear checked, but manual approval is still active. Can anyone else confirm?
Running XF 1.5 B4

I found the issue, I wish I could delete my own posts.
