XF 1.2 Managing user upgrades after vbulletin import

In my vbulletin forum, paid subscribers were updated to a different usergroup.

In xenforo al these users are listed in the Active User Upgrades list with start and end date of their subscription.

Does this mean they will be automatically downgraded at the end date?

Can I manually add someone to the list. e.g. if they sent a donation rather than a formal paid subscription and I want to manually give them a one year upgrade that automatically downgrades after a year.
