XF 2.2 Manage to register despite deactivating of registrations

Hello, I wanted to report that when deactivating registrations on Xenforo v2.2.15, a person managed to register despite this ban and started spamming. Could you check if this bug can be fixed please.

It isn't possible to register if registration is disabled.

My first suggestion would be to look at add-ons, in case there are bugs there, or look into whether the account was an old one that had been dormant for a while.

I was using Addon Flare Paid Registrations but this latest addon was uninstalled before this happened I replaced it with Paid registrations 1.2 from XF2, if I only disable registration in Xenforo can this addon let a member register anyway? Especially since free activation had previously been disabled in this addon?

I have no idea. You would have to ask the add-on author.
