Making Yahoo Ads Responsive?

I saw Brogan's article for making adsense responsive, but does anyone know how to make yahoo/bing ads responsive?

Only the ad server can provide a solution.

You could use media queries and display:none but it may be against the ToS.

I don't know, I just started using them. I had an adsense account but they terminated it without reason

They were asking me search ranking info about my site that I don't know which is why I investigated in Google Webmaster Tools and Analytics. I found some weird errors that I will fix first before worrying about ads.
