Making sideblocks only viewable by certain users

I have a teamspeak server and have it on a sideblock on my xenforo page, the thing is even though the TS server is pw protected anyone can join it without a password by clicking on the teamspeak sideblock join button (it's not a xenforo flaw, but a flaw with out teamspeak joining works), and because of this we have had some joiners from other countries logging in and completely filling up the teamspeak server so that no one else can join.

So my question is, is there anyway to have a sideblock show up only for members of certain ranks? For example, a person not logged in, or a person that is just a basic registered member can't see the teamspeak sideblock, but someone that is a full fledged member is able to see the teamspeak sideblock.
