XF 1.4 Major Problem

Hi Guys,
This is my first post

I've recently moved my xenforo installation (windows server) from one server to another, the problem is the labels on the actual site are messed up. I've tried changing the actual theme and to still no avail. Would anyone have the slightest clue what the issue might be?

Yeah that phrase apparently exists. I tested on the default style also.

Go to <url>/install/ and trigger a master data rebuild.

(That said, I've never heard of anything like this happening with a server move and there's really no reason for it to happen that I can see.

I have already tried a master data rebuild and same thing Damn.

try install it again, i am also got some huge problems with xenforo, but on the end its a wrong hosting setup or missing uploading files.
