I had to restore a database to from my forum because i change the server. At first sight everything looks good but some thrads have no content (text, picture...) insite.

The only difference is, that this server has no elasticsearch and that backup is with elasticsearch.

How can I fix the problem?

That should only affect searches, not post content.
How did you do the backup and restore?

You can disable ES and rebuild the search index to make searches available.

Did you get any errors during the restore process?

Also can you try to rebuild the counters and see if that would help?

You should backup your database using mysqldump.

I need a cron cript for that and that also should transfer the dump to a external ftp server.

Were you able to resolve the issue you posted in post number one?

Use cPanel or Webmin to create Cron jobs that will backup your server every day.

The problem was a bad backup. The backup on the previous day had more than 100,000 entries more. This works well.

Were you able to figure out hot to create Cron jobs so you can use mysqldump to backup your database?
