XF 2.1 Lost reaction icons after upgrade

I upgraded to 2.12 last night, and have somehow lost my reaction icons.

Looked like this before:


And now it looks like this:


Any ideas? I did a manual upgrade where I replaced the files.

May not be much help but right click in the 'box' that appears and copy the image location (image not link etc) to just quickly check if its not there / there. Mines doing a data:image/gif;base64,R0lGO type of thing. Just worthwhile seeing if it is really empty or not perhaps ?

Also quickly if possible test with another browser and/or clear that browsers cache. My thought here is to try with a different one to see.

Icons are showing up fine in Chrome Mobile, but not Safari Mobile.
