XF 2.2 Lost Image Tooltip After Upgrade

Hello,

The tooltip that shows up after clicking on an image that's inserted into a thread has gone away after I updated my software to the latest patch via the admin menu. Please how can I resolve this challenge?

Oh! I have already spent over 4 hours trying to figure out the problem. Never knew it was a known bug. Thanks for pointing the link out.
