XF 1.4 Looping PC

So I imported the pc's.

In one, I ask a few members to give me their correct date of birth.

The pc keeps being sent to the members, over and over.

It is ticking them off.

What happened, and how can I stop it? I tried leaving the conversation and setting it to no more replies permitted.

I can't think of any mechanism for this. I am guessing an addon is causing it. Do you have any addons related to PCs? More generally, try disabling all addons.

Now, when I try to access my site, I get a blank white screen. I can get into the Admin control, but not the site.

A blank page is often a suppressed error. Try adding this line to the "301config.php" file to see if that reveals any specific error message on the blank page:

ini_set('display_errors', true);

Also check the log:

Admin CP -> Tools -> Server Error Log

Also try visiting /install and click the button to rebuild the master data.

Please try removing Tapatalk. I have seen it cause problems like this before.

I suspect removing Tapatalk will fix the duplicate PMs.

The blank screen is a different issue. Did you try adding the config line to get a detailed error message? The logs you posted might indicate problems with addons or files. You can disable addons at the code level by adding this line to your library/config.php file:

$config['enableListeners'] = 0;
