XF 2.1 Looking to expand my formatting options for posts

I would like to have a bit more control over the formatting in posts, is there a code language I can use right in the posts to be able to do things like indent the top line of a paragraph, have text run along beside an image, set an image as a background so that the text then overlays on top of it, expanded font/bullet point options, etc? If not, is there an addon that would expand the built in post editor options?

Indent is already possible, as is floating/wrapping text and images.

Lists only support bullets and numbering - anything else would require custom development.

Setting an image as background isn't possible.
