Looking for hosting and contracting advice

ADVICE NEEDED

Our small non-profit has a working xenForo site.
But we are having trouble getting volunteers to keep it maintained, so it is getting shaky.
Plus not so happy with GoDaddy.
And we have some tricky plug ins. Or so I am told.

So we are looking to move it to a new host, and update and tweak a few things, and have it professionally maintained long term.
Typical single domain VPS, in the $50-$75/month range.
Plus some sort of hourly based contracting.

1) Are there solid hosting companies that know xenForo, will do the move, and also do consulting services?
Key being they actually do know xenForo for real, and do have full long term service, not just help porting.

2) Would I be better finding a consultant separate from the hosting company?
And if so, any recommendations.
Again - Key being they actually do know xenForo for real.
And nice if a real company, that has been in business a while.

3) Other ideas?

There are some good reliable service providers like this, but I won't mention any names to be fair to all of them.
