Looking for an expert to optimize XenForo 1.5 performance

I am facing a significant problem with my forum. I migrated from vBulletin 4 two years ago. However, thread view loads much faster on the vBulletin, since I still have it as an archive.

Basically a vBulletin thread loads in less than 2 seconds, but it takes more than 8 seconds in XenForo for the same thread to fully load.
Here is an example:

You may try to open different threads to inspect the problem.

You should not have the old forum accessible at all. Much less 4 years.

You really want to have an in-memory caching system setup (caching to disk is sloooow), and ensure everything is on SSD's.
