Not a bug Logo is showing over the Upgrade Button

i will upgrade to 2.0 and i think this is a bug . My header-logo is over the upgrade button

This isn't really a bug -- you're overwriting one of the core files which isn't expected. You should be using style properties to change your logo path. (Also why the logo file is explicitly called "xenforo-logo.png" now, rather than just "logo.png".)
