    Hi,
Can anyone tell me why my logo image is appearing like this?

The location of your logo needs to be set here:

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Style Properties -> Header and Navigation -> Header Logo Image Path

Yes, that's what I did, but the image appears as above :(

    Your image path is incorrect.
You have it set as ftp://<domain>/MoocLab%20logo.png

It should be something like: styles/default/xenforo/my-logo.png

I suggest you make a folder called "images" on your forum root. That way you can put your logo.jpg into that folder. So for example the image would be located at:

    http://www.domain.com/images/logo.jpg

I'm sorry, I'm completely new to all this. How do you create a path as you suggest? At the moment I'm transferring the image from my pc to my host server through FileZilla FTP.
Please could you explain in very simple terms?!

Create your logo and name it my-logo.png.

    Upload it to styles/default/xenforo/.

Edit the image path to styles/default/xenforo/my-logo.png.

In the field below, make sure you change it to 155px, to match the height of your logo image.
