XF 1.4 Login problem after hosting transfer

Hello
I move my host to another host
But there is a problem after I transferred my files and database
The login to the Forum has become impossible and became comes to me this statement:
"Error 404 - Not Found

The document you are looking for may have been removed or re-named. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance. "
Note that access to the panel Control Director as possible

Your DNS needs to propagate still. Meanwhile, try clearing your browser cache, close your browser and then go into Start >> Run and use the command: ipconfig /flushdns Then try to reach your site again.
