Log when an add-on is disabled or enabled

I have a client who had an add-on disable and did not know how it happened. It appears that enabling and disabling add-ons is not logged via the admin log. Can this be added in a future release?

This is a feature of some of the security plugins for wordpresss. I think Wordfence and Securi have it so that the admin can get an instant email notification if an add on gets disabled or updated.

This could be particularly helpful especially if it shows who enables/disables and when.

Great idea. If you log enabling and disabling it can help troubleshoot issues.
