Locked out user

It seems that I have locked out an user because of some kind of changes in user rights.
Is there a quick way to reset this user to default group behavior of his prime user group?

Go to User permissions and click on Quick check all Not Set (No).

Their permissions will depend on which user groups they are a member of - they are cumulative.

Tried that. If I use the "test user permissions" function it shows "no rights" everywhere.

Then that user must be inheriting permissions from elsewhere, probably a usergroup.

Thanks. That was right. Probably I made a mistake with group rights. Found and fixed it.
