XF 1.5 Location Details

I just bought my license and am preparing to download the software. I want to set it up in a test folder off the root of my phpBB board so I can keep it up and running for my users.

I'm being asked for my board's location details. Am I correct to presume I should enter the test url, and then update the license when I'm ready to migrate and move everything to my board's root folder?

Yes, that's correct. You can change the license URL any time you like.
