Most likely, yes. If you have hosting, you can download the test script on the purchase page and run it.

I have used liquidweb in the past for XF without problems. I now use rackspace.

Yes but if you use their shared webhosting you will need them to do some whitelisting, i was with them till i grew tired of having my IP blocked for sinister things like.. installing tapatalk

I used Liquidweb for about 7 years, I never had any issues with their VPS service until they wanted to force me off my outdated plan. Their new pricing pricing plans didn't really work for me, $40/month difference from the base plan to their second tier was just too big a jump for me. That said, their service was exceptional and response times were very quick.
