There is only one forum connected, this one:Which threads? I'll check.
I didn’t know about that tab. So yes they show with that tab, but all those threads have new posts so shouldn’t they show under latest tab?I see them all available. I’m guessing you aren’t using the “Active” tab
Latest = new threadsI didn’t know about that tab. So yes they show with that tab, but all those threads have new posts so shouldn’t they show under latest tab?
Will people know they have to use that tab or can I make it default as I think it’s best if everyone sees the new posts.
I really hope you do, I think it’s crucial to show people new posts. I wouldn’t have known to change the tab. We've been thinking of making the active tab the default one though.
Honestly, there isn't much difference between them nowadays, except the development nightmare maintaining dedicated apps to suit the vast array of phone OS versions. You have push notifications on PWA... just my opinion though.Worth noting there is already a PWA available.
But yes, our next steps are indeed dedicated phone apps.

Your project looks interesting. I see you did forum software too. Vibe coded? It looks nice.
Interesting... looks good. Well done.forum software is XenForo, with a custom integration
Our main focus for the native apps is discovery through the app stores. We think that would boost our traffic and thus traffic for every community joined in our platform. We also realize they are development nightmares. Especially Apple.Honestly, there isn't much difference between them nowadays, except the development nightmare maintaining dedicated apps to suit the vast array of phone OS versions. Thanks. Will dive into it!It's already there. Every forum that connects with the add-on can show a "Sign in with Foroverse" button on its login and register pages. It must be enabled by the admin of course.

Setup => Foroverse, on the Members tab:
- Sign in with Foroverse: on by default once your forum is connected. Members who already have an account here link it with their password once, and from then on they're signed straight in.
- Allow registration: off by default. If you turn it on, people without an account on your forum can create one through Foroverse. Foroverse has already verified their email, so your forum doesn't send a second confirmation, and your approval queue and spam checks still apply.
Both switches sit under account linking, so linking needs to stay on for them to work.
Does this add on work for cloud forums? I got this error when I started going through the admincp connection process.
"Foroverse couldn't confirm the add-on on this forum. Check that the forum is online and the add-on is up to date, then try again."
I'm confused. I'm using a custom domain. The original xenforo domain redirects to the custom domain. Nothing in the options shows the xenforo provided domain names.Does the board URL in your Admin CP options match the live address? Such as *.xenforo.cloud if you're using a custom domain now.

That is correct. An example like that is here: https://foroverse.com/c/the-fighting-cock-tottenham-hotspur-spurs-forumJust so I understand this, I can set it so only an expert of the first post is sent to you guys, no full content, no replies, just the excerpt.
It would however still list how many replies had been posted (even if the text was never sent?)
And clicking the thread, would go directly to my site?
It seems the full post is there but with a show more link that reveals the full post.Just so I understand this, I can set it so only an expert of the first post is sent to you guys, no full content, no replies, just the excerpt
