Suggestion.
It would be good if this add-on was the same as the resource manager. Where you can click inside and there is a new page and you can give members updates about your link.
1. View Profile
2. Profile Page (has screenshot, ratings, and discussion tab) and member can write about their website
3. Updates
Members can put updates about their website. For example. If i use the link add-on for restaurants, The owner can send update. Discount this weekend!
4. Display by Google Maps

I think there is a reason why it does not work the same as the "Resource Manager", having a "Separate Page" at which you can put in some additional information.
When you think about it, this "Separate Page" could as well be the "First Post of a Forum-Thread", where you can put in all this information.
You would just need "Custom Fields" which will be displayed to the user at the "First Post of a Forum Thread".
There is no need for a "Separate Page", just utilize the space in the "Forum".
It is even easier and less confusing for the user - and also less amount of "Clicks" required.

You can do exactly that by clicking the username in the top right corner of the listing, and see this users submitted links.
That's what creating/linking to a discussion thread allows. Users and owners of submitted links can post updates.
What would be the source for mapping data? Link entries don't have fields for physical addresses.

please make this "optional", as I do not want to use a "Favicon" (too much non-value-add distraction).
Also, the position at the beginning of the Link is not ideal, since it will clash with the "Prefix" which is at the beginning of the Link (XF-Standard).

I forgot to add a picture for multiple instances.
I really want to use this add-on for many different directories, Restaurants, Cars, Movies, Computers, Video Games, Sports Clubs,
Example: A general discussion forum
But i don't want to have many tabs in the navigation bar

The problem is i don't want to use 1 category for the whole directory is because then members will see movies and restaurants together. I want members to only see restaurants
so if they click on restaurants , they only see the restaurants directory
so when they click on "Restaurants Categories" They only see restaurants in the list
