Just had a forum page that would take anywhere from 60-70 seconds to load (By XenForo's debug time listing) because someone had a post with an absurd amount of user tags, and XenForo was presumably choking trying to parse it.
However, the tags were also contained inside a [spoiler] block of an (Functionality via an add on, forum is running 1.2 and thus lacks the official spoiler block support). I am unsure if this contributed.
Regardless, I think it would be good to have an admin panel option to limit user tags.
