Lack of interest Limit styling that is preserved when pasting text into the editor.

We have a bit of a problem with people pasting ugly or unreadable text from other websites, this is particularly a problem for dark themes as the pasted text ends up as black text on a black background.

It would be great to be able to strip font name, size and color by default when pasting text into the editor, or if that is too difficult to make paste as plain text the default action.

Users can do it by switching to bbcode mode ("A" icon on top right of editor), pasting their stuff and then changing back to wysiwyg mode.

Alternatively, user can select text he just pasted and use "remove formatting" tool (top left of editor) to clean it up.

Yes, that is true if the user is aware of the problem and familiar with the editor they can avoid it but that is not usually the case.

Don't forget Chrome's Right click "Paste as plain text".

As others have mentioned, it would be smarter to have:

the Default Paste for Xenforo as plain text ...
but an option to use formatted text.
