XF 2.1 Limit email notifications

Hey guys, im having a lot of problems with Xenforo email notifications that i had to disable it and stay without registration and reset password email confirmation due to this problem.

Each new conversation or conversation response or private message a new email is sent. My hosting provider warned me we sent 45k emails in 72 hours.

Is it possible to disable all notifications but keep registration and reset password emails? we really need that reset password and registration emails.

WTF? I didn't post the above message. I just changed my password but how the hell could someone post with my account?

I suggest changing your email address password, and any other passwords associated with it and setting up 2FA for all accounts.

Okay, I'll do that. I find it kinda weird that someone would use my account and ask what sounds like a legitimate question.
