MG 2.1 Limit Album Name and Number

I have a category, "Member Albums" within which I'd like each user to be able to create only one album, with the name == their username

How difficult would that be to implement?

That's pretty much what I expected. We just migrated from vB3.7 and PhotoPlog and I'm trying to somewhat recreate the album functionality we had.

Is it possible to display an alphabetical, searchable list of user albums?
