Lack of interest Lightbox Permissions - Enable/Disable

My suggestion is to add a new Permission for usergroups.

It's for lightbox. At the moment there's no way to turn it off.

I would rather have the option to disable lightbox.

Surely you mean an option?

It doesn't really make sense to allow some to view images in the lightbox and not others.
