Fixed Lightbox doesn't support videos or medias at all

Open your browser's console by clicking F12 then click any video you want, and you will see these red errors, and you'll also find the lightbox's sidebar will stuck at loading.

And, I also tried to upload an embed media to XFMG then open it by lightbox, the page is just empty.

@Chris D I'm having this issue as well. After upgrading my forum to 2.3.6 and XFMG to 2.3.5, I now notice the sidebar for videos, sometimes embedded media, and all audio files doesn't load. I just see a spinner icon. The content itself is viewable, just no sidebar. It works great for images.

Also, after some testing, it appears that if I browse media directly from the Media Home page, the sidebar for all media works (videos, Youtube embeds, etc.), but, if I navigate to a specific category or member album, the sidebar does NOT show for any media except images and I...
 
This has been broken since XF 2.3's first release back in 2024. It's sad this hasn't been fixed yet.
 
We have finally decided to enable video uploads on our platform and invested in a new server specifically to support this feature. Unfortunately, we are unable to go live due to this issue.

This comes after waiting three years to resolve the gallery problems, and running into another blocker at this stage is discouraging. Is this something we can pay to have fixed? We would really appreciate your help in getting this resolved as soon as possible.
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.8).
