Is there an option to allow all moderators to lift bans, either vige it by then os by other moderators?

No, it must be lifted by an administrator in the ACP.

    Thanks ...

Need to see if there is any mod for this!

Could this be done with a warning and a usergroup promotion. So mods are allowed to give an 'unban' warning. This adds a secondary 'unban' usergroup to the banned member. Then a promotion is set up looking for banned members with the secondary usergroup of unban. If they are found their banned primary usergroup is changed to registered and they are unbanned?

ModeratorEssentials does this, I requested it as a feature and it was added a while back.

Just an update ... If the ban is applied using a warning, when some moderator removes the warn the ban is lift.

Bans related to warnings are available to moderators on the front end.

Bans applied in the ACP however are not.
