I believe they talked about a vb/ipb importer, once those are out, it should not be too hard to modify it to other softwares.

My impression is that there won't be one immediately, but wait a few weeks and there'll be some sort of merger/Import Export system.

if not, convert to vBulletin, then to XenForo.
