If you want all of that to be done legally, you probably should have a written will stating who will inherit it in the event of your death. The practical side of it is that there should be a file with your passwords so that your heir will be able to easily log into your domain registrar account, your hosting service account, your Xenforo account, and all that.

I talked to my admins a couple years ago about this and they were acting like lil beaches.

If I die now, site dies too. They'll just stick to Facebook and life goes on.
