Fixed Layering / z-index issue with user tagging suggestions during post editing and quick reply editor

There is a layering / css z-index issue with the user tagging suggestions menu during post editing and the quick reply post editor, as shown below. This was encountered while using Firefox 55.0.3 (Windows 64-bit) here on Xenforo.com.



All I wanted to do was say thanks to @Chris D for the latest XFMG2 thumbnail changes coming in the next beta release!
