No, personally I can not reproduce it. If the permissions is set to No then the alert will not be received.

I am trying to insert the latest users block into a different page (not on profile page). How do I do that? When I tried to insert the template, it says "Your profile has not had any visits yet" however on the profile page it shows correctly.

Great addon, as always from Borbole, but one thing I am finding is that YES, you can exclude Admin for example in being shown as a person who viewed a profile, BUT the user still gets an alert when Admin does view it.

I or a moderator may view a user's profile just to check on things in performing moderation etc duties so we don't want the user to get an alert when we do...this is a BIG issue for us
