Just made new install, no options in acp

I just made a new install at http://countrymb.com and the options (board active, user options, etc.) are all blank, there's no settings there at all. I can open each of them up, but they show nothing...

I can speculate, but since it's a new install I recommend simply reinstalling. Re-upload all of the files (missing files might be the cause) and run the install again. Watch the install process for any specific errors.
