XF 1.2 Javascript warning - how to fix?

On my board, this appears in the javascript console:

There is a warning:

Unable to find menu for Popup e.fn.init[1]

It doesn't appear to have broken anything, but it is still annoying and shouldn't be there. How do I fix it?

Anything in your server error logs?

It's a JavaScript error, nothing will be logged. Is this a custom add-ons code? Have you disabled them?
