XF 1.5 I've taken over, now do I have to re-install on my own computer?

Hey,

Sorry for sounding like a complete n00b, but I'm so lost. Recently I've taken over a website that uses xenforo, and the previous admins just left me to figure it all out on my own. They also didn't remove themselves as super admins before quitting, and now I need to do that. In order to do this, I understand that I have to find the config file and remove their uid. In order to find this file, will I have to download xenforo, or do I do it from our digitalocean server?
