If that really was their terms.... Oh my god...

However, you do bring up a good point .... Companies often want you (the consumer) to believe you have no rights or that you can willingly sign away all those rights without question or further debate. This of course isn't true.

I don't know, maybe. It just got noticed with iTunes, probably because there was some investigations of it in some European countries...
