Closed Issues with lists

Try to play arround with lists in editor.
Write some text, then try to add a list after.
Also try to leave the list modus!

I could not add a nice article a minute ago without toogle the modus from bbCode to text and back.

Funny, funny, i have thought it is a problem of 2.3, but i could repeat the same **** in 2.2 a minute ago.
