iShop or vBCommerce Alternative

One of the features that community members on my sites love is the ability to use 'credits' to 'purchase' icons to display in their sig field or postbit area.

vBulletin had two add-ons / mods for this that I've used.

I'm using iShop over at MysteryDistrict.com (Demo Thread: http://www.themysterydistrict.com/g...tery-icon-shop-use-your-district-dollars.html) and WaltDisneyBoards.com (Demo Thread: http://www.waltdisneyboards.com/new...n-prepped-feature-new-projection-effects.html)

I'd love to have an option for xenForo. Anyone else like this idea? If so, please click "Like" for this thread and post. Let's get some interest generated :D
 
I would be willing to donate to get this one done. Any developers willing to take on some work?
 
Maximilian, I have a coder working on another add-on right now. But, this is on his list of possibly creating. Once I have the pricing, maybe we can split the costs (with as many folks as would be willing to donate) and get it done! :D

I'll keep you posted when he's ready to proceed. :)
 
Well, I'm getting a beta version of another mod this week and then if all goes as planned (and the coder agrees) we can move forward starting as early as a week and a half to two weeks from now.
 
is there a demo of what the "commerce" addon is doing ?
is this something like providing a shop-system for each member, so that each member can set-up his own internet-shop?

I am looking for an addon similar to alibaba.com or made-in-china.com
 
"commerce" does allow for members to setup their own shops (although that's a paid upgrade to the 'regular' vBcommerce), but the currency is using the system credits and not real currency.
 
Update: The other add-on being worked on is going to be finished this week. So, the earliest update on when we would be able to start/finish this add-on wouldn't be until late this week, early next week.
 
No news from me yet. I haven't had the final version of my first add-on delivered yet. But, I expect to see something this weekend if all goes as planned. :)

Then, we'll get some ideas going on the next add-on.

Yeah, but I'm still sending him the information so that he can help me start on this one soon ;)

UPDATE: The other add-on is complete, I am sending him payment and initial information has been sent with basic requirements for this add-on to be put together. I'll send a PC to those folks that are willing to chip in for the add-on. :D

I've got Maximilian, Tyson and VincentU on the list for donations and exclusive use of this add-on so far. I will send out PCs to each of you to share the donation amount needed to contribute. That should be next week though as the coder is taking a few days off for the Independence Day weekend :D
