It's painful.
I've all but given up on the site today.

I would raise a ticket with Be but experience tells me I'll get a useless response which has absolutely nothing to do with the problem.

Thats weird, i've always found Be's customer service to be second to none

I've always found o2 excellent too, not sure if they share call centres with Be since the take-over, but compared to Orange they are heroes in my book.

BTW - xenforo is back to normal today.
